Shipping Information

We process and pack all orders within 1-2 business days of order receipt, and we ship according to the service selected during checkout.

Personalized and preorder items may take up to 2 weeks to arrive to us before they are shipped to you.  Please refer to timelines on item listings or contact us at info@littlemonkeyskids.com if you have questions about delivery times for specific items.

Once your items have shipped, we send you an email with tracking information.

If you are local to the Tampa Bay area, we offer a local, no contact pick up option at our location in Odessa, FL.  Simply select the Local Pick Up option at check out, and we'll send you an email with the pick up address and instructions when your order is ready.  Most orders are ready for pick up by 8AM the business day following order placement, but if you wish to pick up same day, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

We also offer free next day porch delivery to residents of Starkey Ranch!  Select "Starkey Ranch Porch Delivery" at checkout, and we'll drop your package on your porch the next business day.
